Never had a cell battery leak before so I was curious to see if anyone have had it happen to there figure. Wouldn't want that happening to my dx13...

Since the figure is battle damage, any further damage adds to it. :lol

So one day if I see one for a decent price I'll get a DX13 body for it and drill through it like you did.
it is very possible to do that without damaging any joints, as you know from taking his chest skin off :)
and there is a cool game factor when you know that you can move the rod inside or take it out completely.
just be sure to take off his clothes first, as the t-shirt can swirl around the drill!

Y'know, I remember doing that and yet I can't remember why I did it or which of my figures I did it to. I wish I'd kept some sort of written record of all the investigations/mods/swaps/kitbashes I've done because in many cases I completely forget. I'd need to know this stuff if heaven forbid I ever have to sell.

So, if I want to kit bash another t2 T-800. I just need to get a TT20 Muscular body + Pants+Shirt+boots and use the other head and jacket from DX13?

MMS238 bubblehead, trying to see how it looks with MMS136 chest may be?...

and belt and non-damaged gloved palms.
and it will still be wrong if you look for accuracy, as his "other jacket" is damaged to the stage after he got his chest exposed.

Nice, clean pic. I like it. :clap

It arrived! The only bummer part is the little magnet came loose off the back piece of the battle damage head. I just glue it back with some super glue. Why hot toys put so little glue on the magnet!

Congrats, man! :duff

If anybody is interested, I'm selling both my DX 13 and DX 10 as a set on ebay. The figures come complete with all accessories. I'm no premium member but i'm willing to sell to anyone of you freaks that are interested.

Interesting, mainly T2-related questions and answers - some of it being stuff that we've talked about here.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day FAQ
Reese couldn't know what happened after he left his time, and also couldn't be told.
that's the part where they drop the ball - and it's the very beginning.
"reese could not know blah blah" but Hurd and Cameron and that guy Fisher or whatever - script authors - did know and finished the story with T1.

justifying eating the hamburger for a second time just by its nice taste for the first time is so T2ish and so common for fans who explain every previous movie with events of latest movie, completely forgetting principles of explanations :D

I think we all know T2 was a bit of a retcon - the thing is it's a plausible retcon. It is very conceivable that ''Reese could not know''. And the only reason I would then disregard T2 is if T2 had been an overall crap film, which it wasn't. Therefore I accept the retcon. Also, if it's going to be done, who better to do it than the original creator and writers.

The other stuff was pretty cool about the autonomy of the T-1000 and it developing a sinister personality. Although for all its autonomy it does at least try to fulfil its mission, Skynet need not have worried.

Maybe it wanted to finish the mission because it developed such a sinister personality that it started to like hunting John and would enjoy killing him?

In other words it started off as a job but became pleasure.

that would mean it was super dumb, like a drunk rhino!
imagine this - you have 100500 receptors for feeling everything around you, you have unlimited life time, a brain worth of nothing existing yet - and suddenly you have pleasure not in investigating the universe, but in driving around and trying to kill some flesh creature?

there' no difference who kills something as long as it is killed.
i don't care for either star wars or indiana jones, but i understand that south park episode about lucas/spielberg franchise raping :)

Hah! Well, we can do nothing but disagree on this so we might aswell drop it.
:D
yep, the only major problem with T2 is making it a movie with faaaaamily values and decreasing scenes to teenager level, but all in all it's a solid product, and i know it now after reading "all that is wrong with t3" and finishing "all that is wrong with t4" :)
those two always were cheap, but that guy's detailed analysis sends them back to the manure pit they crawled out from.
