I don't think so. If they got the tones and washes right, I'm sure they could pull it off without making it look toyish. It'd also be a good second chance for them to try and get the hat right.

Would I buy Museum Joker? Sure. But I have 90% of that look already with the regular DX 08's cane/magic stick, shoes, pants, body, vest, tie, shirt, gloves, etc. I'm not sure a flesh tone headsculpt, beret and artist tie would be worth the $220 they'd charge. Unless they did this, plus pants,
I'd buy that.
It would be nice if they got the hat right on a second try, but I doubt they would.
Regarding the layers and washes that would be required for the face to look right on the mob Joker, iunno I still think it would likely just come out like a hunk of flesh toned plastic. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

I actually think that this is one of the most frightening pictures of The Joker there has ever been. The insane grin and just the merest hint of deadly eyes....like a wild animal's in the dark.
And this, Fabby, is one of the best presented 'wish list' items ever, that and your 'Adams style' '89 HT Batman.

There's no reason for HT not to make that set. Although I'd love a different head sculpt I wouldn't mind if they capitalized on the existing one, if that's what it took, and gave us a Mob/Museum Joker from it.
