Finally. What a glorious day it has been in general. Good news for most all around it seems. Im really really happy for all the freaks that have been waiting for this very moment.

That Returns symbol just looks like a placeholder that they glued onto the base.

Either that's a stand in for a nicely sculpted snow/water Returns logo or they take the DX 09 base and paint it in white instead of yellow.

This was Joker's,

They should go all out with him. I think we'll see a Keaton head and glider.

Why else would they come in here and ask Dave to take down the Ace toyz Michael Keaton headsculpt thread (and the CEO Morgan Freeman).

Yup. I have been convinced that this release would include a damaged cowl sculpt, but not sure about a full on Wayne (Keaton). Time (hopefully not a lot) will tell.
In mean time, playing the Elfman score !!

44,000usd in debt with the bank and I am so finally applying for a credit card with those mail away credit card companies just to get some of the 2014 sdcc purchases, along with a new house!!! I should have stuck to just saint seiya and not branch out to Lego and Hot Toys. :slap

That Batman Returns base ain't no placeholder. That sucker is 3D-relief. Not just a repainted DX09/08 logo base either, the oval around the bat is thicker. If the Joker shows anything, it's shows that they didn't have the base ready to show when that figure first went on display, so he got a generic blank DX base. A placeholder for this one would have been a blank base (or the DX09/08 base).

You know what, you're right!

I was looking at it on my phone and just assumed it was like a little cut out of it like their little cardboard things on the triangle stands. That sucker is a relief, you can see Batman's foot on the rim of the oval. Holy ****.
