These are your shoulder pads right? They look awesome! Definitely getting a pair to put on my Batman. And do they move? It looks like it does.

How’s installation?

Stock top pads with bottom pad trimmed off and my replacement secondary pad. It will have a little fabric strap that glues up under the top plate like the QS001 and yes it will move separate from the top plate.

Install is pretty easy. Cutting the molded on secondary plate off will be the toughest part but a fresh X-acto blade will make really quick work of it. If you look closely at the shoulder sculpt there's some room for error in slicing them off. You'll just want to slice with the blade almost flat against the bottom plate so you put a bevel inside the top pad as you cut and follow the molded seam line between the top and bottom pad.

I'm expecting unpainted copies to be widely available and cheap ~$20 and will have options for painted (Preorder) and preinstalled attachment straps.

I’d definitely be in for a set of those shoulder pads when you start producing them. And since I’d go for the painted option anyway, I may as well go full lazy and get the preinstalled straps too

Oh that looks sharp. Do you still plan on doing a replacement for the top plate too? I feel like HT bungled that shape and made it too flat.

Yes but it probably wont be ready for some time. It's a more complex shape and I have some plans to make it attach really easily that I need to work on that will take more time than I have now.

I LOL at these Hot Toys "Meticulous Works" videos. Nolan Batman must be the Asian peak of Batman. Funny how a small amount of competition from Inart and Hot Toys ups their social game, teasing and making videos of all their recent releases/reveals.

Damn now THATS how the shoulder pads should be. Great work on those. Will have to pick that up from you whenever you get around to selling it and the top shoulder piece. Might even slap it on my DX12 if it fits on it okay.
