I'm still preferring the more expressive look of the Jedi sculpt.
I would try to grab both, if possible. You already snagged the Snowspeeder Luke for a good deal and it is already on a payment plan to ease the pain in the wallet. Do the same with Bespin Luke. Put him on a payment plan as well, if funds are an issue.Waitlist just popped for collectors edition, should I cancel my payment plan for snow pilot which I got on sale and go with this one? I know this is opinion based, but I was curious to hear some input. TIA
What the is wrong with them. That is absolutely ridiculous. Their logic is probably that it’s not screen accurate, “but he was never relaxed on Cloud City”. Idiots.but also that HT continues to not include relaxed hands with most of their figures. There should always be a set of relaxed hands, ALWAYS, with every figure.
Yeah while I do like the DX24 sculpt more, I just think it feels a bit "MH waiting between filming takes" to use for action/tension movie scene displays. It's great for that sort of "magic of myth" type museum costume exhibit type pose where all the characters are standing lined up in neutral poses.I'm still preferring the more expressive look of the Jedi sculpt.

I guess it works ok for the Dagobah scenes. Maybe HT will eventually release a battle damaged version with a more expressive battle damaged sculpt. Maybe an Artisan version.Yeah while I do like the DX24 sculpt more, I just think it feels a bit "MH waiting between filming takes" to use for action/tension movie scene displays. The Jedi sculpt is good; I've never seen it in-hand so to be fair I'm not sure *how good* relative to what I *have* seen in-hand -- while I understand what you're saying about this DX24/25 sculpt, eye position and posture can help that -- not to the extent of a proper battling expression, sure ... but it can look more engaged and still feels the the Hamill-est to me.Yeah while I do like the DX24 sculpt more, I just think it feels a bit "MH waiting between filming takes" to use for action/tension movie scene displays. I agree. Helps the face look more expressive.Jedi sculpt has a weird Mick Jagger/Aerosmith mouth.
For your Bespin Lukes, you guys need to be putting Luke's eyes to the side, nervously awaiting Vader

To be fair, Steven was always an ugly baboon-faced “woman” looking mook.
