Amazing piece, glad I picked up a Trautman, I'll use this one and get spare parts for the guns, weapons and outfit from the other piece now... HS is a lock.

Get your Trautman now before they get too expensive...

I want to do the same thing. The headsculpt is perfect, and really the banndana won't be too hard. And I agree with you on Trautman. I think he's gonna get harder and harder to come by soon.

I got really lucky last year on eBay and scored me a Colonel Sam Trautman still MIB for about $40.00 before shipping! In fact he was the first Hot Toys Rambo figure I got before I got the regular Rambo II, and the HALO Jumper Rambo. I'm getting Rambo III now piece by piece, and only need the body, tank top black shirt, pants, and his bow and arrows. I even found a nice empty Rambo III box recently on eBay too for about $7.00.

Any of you guys know where I can get the Rambo III body with the shirt and pants? I already have his boots and head on the way. Let me know please! I keep searching eBay, but don't really see too many loose Rambo III bodies on there. Thanks!

Oh yeah, that new First Blood is SO much better than HT's first version of Rambo from First Blood. I know I'll definitely get him! :D

VERY happy to have this beauty on order, sad about the first quarter '08 release, but very happy with the figure. I know some have weathered the pants on the existing FB Rambo, but going by the pics of this one, the jeans are a very new looking blue, so standing together, the first FB Rambo should look pretty weathered in comparison. I hope for the sake of being true to film that HT includes the same tank top under the sweater.

I woke up this morning and imediately logged on to get one. I can;t believe how stoked I am about getting it! It's not the iconic looking Rambo for sure, but the likeness is so badass! I'm probably gonna have to pop the DVD in later today to celebrate! Plus it's rainy and cool outside which kinda sets the mood for the film.

"They drew first blood!"

Gonna need a Trautman figure too now...

You MIGHT be able to simply wrap a cloth bandana over this sculpt under the bangs IF they aren't sculpted into the forehead. Cloth would be a better look anyway... as far as the other stuff, can always find spare parts on ebay.

That'd be awesome! I'm not even gonna sweat the muscle body, as I can get one from the Aliens figures. It'd be cool if he had one, but I won't mind having the extra HT body around. Really can't wait to have him in hand!!!

This is great, its the Rambo I've wanted most... and its the cheapest of the bunch :rock

We collectors really are lucky that Sideshow and Hot Toys were able to establish this relationship :rock :rock

Indeed GB, I forget the sculptor's name but it is a superb sculpt...

I was thinking, if they're doing this version could a Dennehy be far behind? Maybe not because he would be on a bigger (fat) body but you never know. It just doesn't make sense to make this if they weren't gonna do a Dennehy to complete this line...

Next on my list is either Part 2 or 3 Trautman, I much prefer the military uniform from 2 over the suit in FB, and part 3 would be good because it was the one film they fought side by side, but then we'd have to get that grenade launcher for Johnny. If they do Teasel, I'd like a Co for Part 2, and if they pull off fat teasel, maybe do the fat Russian Rambo blows up with a grenade in 3.

A Dennehy figure would be awesome... they could always add some padding to the body. I've see it it done a few times and it can be pretty effective. And with the improvements they are making in sculpt and paint I'm sure they could knock him out of the park!

Yeah, the knife isn't listed where it says what he includes, but neither are the boots. I'm sure it's there, along with the tank top. They gave the Marine's shirts and stuff you couldn't see too.

I pre-ordered the new First Blood Rambo from Sideshow tonight too! Awesome likeness of Stallone. I can't wait to get it early next year. I am hoping that his survival knife is hidden in his belt under his jacket near his back like it was in the movie. It would be nice if he had his tank top under the red shirt too. I am hoping that Hot Toys includes it. :D

i sure hope he comes with the knife but it doesn't look like it. if he doesn't i may cancel.....or not.
