hi have both and i am very dissapointed with the hot toys figure , its seems to small for a 1/6 scale figure ,the detail on it is great but i prefer my 18" mezco hellboy to this , and the hot toys one cost 3 time more , and to top it all i was putting a gun in his hand and the ball joint in his wrist snapped of , so now i got a piece of plastic stuck in the the arm , and i cant get it out , so nowi cant even display him with his gun hand, or any hand

you have to be really REALLY careful when swapping hot toys hands, removing wrist pegs etc they are a nightmare. use a hair dryer to heat body parts up in order to make them less stiff.

I am so sorry to hear that. Maybe contact your dealer about a replacement? Just tell them it came that way. Did you get it from Sideshow?

that bottom shot you can see where they sculpted the edge of where the makeup stops around his eye. you can see the actor under the makeup. pretty amazing.

yes swapping the hands is a bit of a bugger but this is the best hellboy out there in my opinion.....

I guess Im lucky because Im not what you would consider gentle when swapping hands but Ive never had a peg break yet.

has anyone noticed any sort of deteriouration with their bodies yet? i'm a little paranoid but mine has a weird film over the body that's not like the rambo or krauser figures. it's hard to explain but it feels like oil but more thick. i'm paranoid that the rubber is melting or reacting to something. or maybe i'm just overly paranoid?

I had pegs break on my Batman Original Costume. I emailed Hot Toys several times and finally got a response. They told me to email pics and a copy of my receipt and they would send new ones. This was a couple of months ago and I still am waiting.

My Boy of Hell should be here tomorow! and I just watched HB2 and Abe uses a glock pistol....hot toys normally get attention to detail spot on but they have spplied him with the wrong gun. not sure what it is it kinda looks like a sig saucer could be wrong mind

Just got Abe today - he's pretty awesome - I'm really digging the new rubber arm. It's way better than what's been done for - looks more realistic than regular jointed arms.

Warning - the metal spikes on the breathing color don't quite fit in the holes on the suit where they're supposed to go. I pulled them out and cut them down a bit and they fit better, but there's no real way to get them in place and still have the collar rest where it's supposed to.
