You beat me to it. I was trying to compare pics to see if it was a photoshop and kind of looks like it.
It is photoshopped... The guy said so in the comments in OSR FB group.

It's pretty obvious that Thor will get his second eye in the movie. Maybe
"Heimdall's eye theory"
will become real. if Thor has 2 eyes before beginning there's no reason for him to wear a detachable eyepatch.

I'm displaying him with the patch to stand out from the other Thor's in my collection. I personally don't mind what's under it.

I understand why some collectors want to know ahead of time though. Especially if you change the pose and look for variety.

I actually love the eye patch look and will get this and not wait for avenger 4 version. Since I have gladiator thor on PO, I will display this with the eye patch only. This will prob be the only version of thor with the eye patch... If he really gets his eye back.

Still find it hard to get used to the short hair (i don't hate it, it looks rather nice actually. Just not enough "viking" for my taste) but that headsculpt's amazing though, and I really love the eyepatch look.

I would also display him with the eye patch only. Unless there's a real badass scar underneath (empty socket). I'd like that too. But I imagine it'll be a "normal" eye.

Anyway, I'm definitely getting this one.

Seems like the popular fan theory is he'll have Heimdalls eye under the eye patch. So a gold right eye, I imagine so he can see like Heimdall, which will come in handy for finding either Thanos or the other Avengers. Could be wrong, but not sure why else the eye patch would be removable.

That would be rad, but I hope it doesn't mean that Heimdall bites the dust.

Agreed! Hoping it's like what we saw in Ragnarok and it's a shared power, not Heimdall getting murdered too. Would be fitting for Thor now that he's taken over for Odin, he should be able to see more, have more powers.

This sculpt is so weird, at any sort of angle it looks just like Hemsworth but straight on it almost looks like Ron Perlman.

Odin was WAAAAY under powered in the MCU. And is actually larger than Thor. Anthony Hopkins is a great actor and portrayed Odin very well, but was physically wrong and way too small. In the comics he is outright one of the most powerful characters in the galaxy... Even holding his own against Galactus one on one. When Thor received the Odinforce in the comics his power level was off the charts. He would've been able to slap around Hela like a little *****. Obviously the movie toned down his powers big time, and actually amped up Hela's. Odin was a frail old man in the MCU. :(

Yeah most of them have toned down powers versus the comic versions. I mean vision is toned down and they still couldn’t figure out who to fight him against in CW which is why in the big battle scene he does almost nothing. These crazy overpowered characters are very hard to handle.

And 75% of the Avengers would die instantly versus Thanos.
