Super Freak
I bet it will be pushed out a month. Every suit has been at least a month late, except the special exclusives (e.g. Midas, Python, etc.).
I can see that.

Not a single suit in recent memory came out at the original release month, be prepared for a delay and if there isn't one its a nice surprise.
Yeah, push this baby back to January!
You got me.

Just kidding. Nice series against the Tigers! I'm not sure if our boys will make the playoffs, but they won't go down without a fight.
I am looking forward to this figure more then any other IM. Just a little ahead of DC Mk III, and only because I have Mk iii bd already.
To me this armor stunning. And I love the regular Mk 3,4,6,7 suits. But this is such a departure, yet still keeps the same form language. Igor and a few others are bigger changes to the standard movie armor, but also don't retain that same human proportion the regular suits do, but this does.
Heartbreaker is a great looking suit too, and Python and bones and Midas and Mk 42...but this one is a bigger variation. At least to me. I know it's not as popular as Mk 33, or heartbreaker. And maybe that's because it is so different. But to me the suit screams tony stark, without looking a lot like Iron man.
White plastic has been known to yellow over time (esp. when exposed to sunlight)..are any of you concerned that the white parts on Starboost/Gemini would meet a similar fate in the not too distant future?
It is a possability. But honestly, any plastic(or anything with paint) that's left in the sun for extended periods is going to discolor. So that's a risk with any figures, or furniture or art.
There are ways to counteract it, other then just leaving the room dark. Soft light bulbs limit the artificial light issues. You can use blinds and curtains of course. But I have a special window film designed for art galleries and museums that goes on the window and eliminates the sun rays that damage the most. From outside you can't even tell. It's a bit pricey, but not crazy high. You can also go to walmart or autozone and buy car window tint, it's cheaper and very DIY, and it will also help cut down on the suns effect dramatically. It's also easily removed if you live in an apartment or rent.

Uhm... Or you can just buy a glass case and light it with the right lights like from ikea.
Idk where you heard that you need "special film" to cover glass or window tint, but glass absorbs the UV light that damages your stuff, like how you get sunburn.
Even artificial light, granted it is low heat, won't give off a high enough wave frequency to damage your figures because what are light bulbs encased in? Glass.
