Is anyone else still waiting for this figure that ordered it from ebay last summer?

I ordered mine a year ago, and It turned up in May. I thought I was the last person to get one from here?

It's almost a year since I ordered this figure, and I finally got it, but they sent me a Mark2 instead. :banghead

This item is from a reputable company, not a custom commission. :monkey3 :lol

Does anyone have a good educated guess as to the life span of the batteries? I think the light feature is very cool. But I never use it. It is just too much of a hassle to take him out of the detolf and off his stand, open the little flaps, and turn it on. Just to turn it back off in an hour or so.

If I could leave it on for long periods I might actually use it.

No clue on the lifespan but they are easily replaceable. It's usually watch type of batteries. The arms are smaller ones.

Speaking of batteries, has anybody taken theirs out yet for fear of leakage?

I'm not so sure though, these are button cell batteries, yet to encounter any leakage so far but I had the batteries removed (in case) since I got the figure as i have kept it in box due to current lack of space. :banghead

I've been thinking of doing this. I'm really dreading removing the ones from Kane & Dallas as I've read that those backpacks can be a ^^^^^.

Doesn't batteries usually leak in cold or damp conditions? not usually in normal room temperature.

Even still, I don't even remember these type of batteries leaking for my watches. I think one lasted 10 years before it died and had to get the battery replaced. I'm not saying these will last this long. Since lights are more power hungry than a digital watch.

LOL Hot Toys forgot to add this feature to their figure maybe they'll make a DX :lol :wacky

I just got this guy today. I'm very impressed and am leaning towards getting Marks I & II now. He hasn't quite found a permanent home yet. So for now he's filling in for Bib Fortuna.
