As far as Justice League, there is a petition to release the Snyder cut.
If the Big wigs in WB would just swallow their pride and let Snyder release his directors cut in theaters, again, it could add several hundred million more to JL box office numbers. If it turned out actually amazing and word of mouth that it is much better than the original...heck, it might also break the billion dollar mark.

But the idiots at WB clearly dont know what they are doing. So who knows.
I do hope that someday, we might actually get to see the JL Snyder cut.

I read that while he filmed something like 98% of his vision (factoring in planned reshoots), the visual effects were nowhere close to being that complete. As those typically are a big chunk of the production budget on movies like this, it seems highly unlikely that WB would want to foot that bill - especially after probably paying a premium for them with all the late changes on the original release.

Yep, and that's the frustrating thing. So close but yet so far !! I signed the petition, and would have killed to see that version.

I agree with you, with WB hoping to break a billion and instead, lost $$$$ millions of dollars on JL, I really doubt they would foot the the money needed to finish the Snyder cut. And yes, you are right, with the Special EFX needed would be costly, when its not a guarantee that the Snyder cut can generate hundreds of millions, this might turn out to be a pipe dream in end.

WB is moving forward now. Maybe a Snydercut will surface down the road. But Hamada is now steering that ship and we have to wait and see how they handle all of this. Their focus is on these next three major films about to be released ( not the joker movie).

On the details it says a repainted sculpt so it could look a little different. Hopefully they fix the hair but I'm not holding my breath on that.

Yup. I have two modded MOS, and I figured I would get the BvS head to differentiate the two sculpts.
Bought one on ebay, and I just didnt like it. So both are still with MOS head.
I tried to get Modern Life, its not a home run, but I like it better than the stock BvS, but it was sold out.

Maybe they should just let Patty Jenkins run the DCEU. She's the only one there who really seems to know what she's doing, and who can make a fun, old-fashioned superhero movie with characters you actually care about, while still keeping that slightly more grounded tone that Snyder established.

Jenkins work, was mostly focused on the dialogues scenes, she did not shoot any of the action, her role was to appeal to the audience by saying look it's a woman who is shooting Wonder woman , just like getting coogler to shoot Black Panther (his worst film in the end).

Snyder DCU was destroyed because of the fanboys who knew better.
WB listened to the most vocal and lost it.

Snyder deserves credit for casting Gadot and some of the art direction. Ridiculous to imply he should take more credit than Jenkins for WW though, as it is to say she was only hired to have a woman directing WW.

When you lack at her track record it's unfair she's been given so few chances to helm such movies. Male directors can turn in one expensive flop after another and still get work.

Wow...that’s an opinion. Way to take a round about cheap shot at an MCU film that has no bearing on the point that Patty Jenkins owes a lot to Snyder. Other than to say that Jenkins was chosen JUST because she’s a woman and Coogler was chosen JUST because he’s black.

And while I agree that Patty Jenkins definitely owes Snyder, the rest of what you said is ignorant.

Both Wonder Woman and Black Panther needed to be directed by a woman and a black man or woman respectively. That’s a given. Regardless of what your, my or anyone’s opinion is of those films.

I'm just hoping it gets released at all! Everytime I turn around, they send another delay message for figures in this line. All of my Avengers figures have gotten early release emails, so this has been weighing on me as of late
