Besides with all the great pictures on this board..I see them more than enough!

And when all the displayed ones disintegrate..mine will be worth a fortune!

Maybe you should just collect boxes, it's cheap and you can pretend there are figures in there.

They are all the same...my Scar, your Scar. Why do I need to see my Scar? It's there...I see it everyday, safe in it's box.
Well, what happens if the "intoxicating" fumes sped up the deteriorating process? You'd never know now would you? The day you would fnd out is the day you look at it to sell him, and the you face will look like this":horror"

You ever notice that film..thats on the dreads and in the trays when you first open them? That's insurance your scenario won't happen!

I haven't had any rust, or Predalien rubber problems, but that could be bcause I take care of them with WD40 and ArmorAll.:lol:monkey1

hey just got my HT predalien today. Bought from a seller on EBAY. I took it out and examined all the rubber bits. Lots of rubber on this thing. She was flawless. If she made it to me from New york to Texas in this 100 degree weather, then she should be OK in my air conditioned house. Even if I don't use that survival kit! I would think being sealed up in the box and in 500 degrees UPS trucks would be more damaging than anything else. Unless that is what starts the rotting process and then it deteriorates even though you take care of it.

metal hoses?

I've neatly done what I was criticising, haven't I....

Something that I read on a forum over a year ago, complaining about rusted hoses. I can only assume they were stored in some particularly horrid fashion since I've had no problems, nor has anyone else since.

Anyway. I reckon we should start a rumour that polystone is chemically flawed and will become brittle in a few years. :lol

I think being tightly sealed up in the box has prevented deterioration. It can't really dry out and will stay a bit cooler.
