Actually no. The bio is from Boar, and the Spear is from the Hippie Pred. But the Borg is a stand alone character. Nothing has been added to the design etc.

you know i keep watching the end of predator 2 and i still dont see the lost pred..

right.. right.. my bad. Yeah Randy you'll see the Borg which I pointed out with DVD Stills. Then you'll see another Pred wearing that Bio he comes with + another Pred holding that Staff that the Borg comes with.

it actually is kinda different, it's not just the lighting.

the big differences i noticed are the shoulder cannon mount is much larger. in the picture it extends past his shoulder, while on the figure it's right next to his face.
and he should have a scabbard for his sword, a lot more bones hanging off his belt, and the eyebrows/spines on his face.
pretty sure Les did a custom with the face spines and a scabbard. that shoulder cannon would be a huge pain in the ass to fix.

It does look different in that pic and scene because it's right after him and the 2 preds behind him turn visible. So it's a green screen shot. You know how movies back then looked wonky whenever there was a green screen shot? That effect really dates the movie. lol..

Right. I think Les said he didn't notice the cannon problem until he was already done putting his together though. DOH! But his is the most accurate P2 Elder I've ever seen. Gorgeous!

I remember Les commenting on the shoulder cannon mount being too close, and that it would be cool if someone could figure out a way to fix it somehow. After thinking about it a while, I sketched out some plans for the mod, but haven't had time to do anything more on it since then.

I think it could be done, but as it has already been pointed out, it would take a fair amount of chopping and rebuilding to correct it. Probably have to make a whole new replacement piece and cast it in resin.

Hopefully, when HT finally makes the original Pred, they'll make sure to get it right the second time around.

i thought of that too, but the p1 pred's shoulder cannon is actually supposed to be closer to its head like the ht elder's cannon is.
im guessing ht looked at both p1 armor and elder armor for references and ended up mixing them together.

if someone here could sculpt and cast corrected replacement parts for it, i'd definitely buy it.
