HOT TOYS: Lost Predator Predator 2 Poseable Model Kit

I like this guy, but I'll have to pass.
I can't shake the feeling. I just think he looks too much like a Red Ear Turtle:

That turtle looks awesome so that isn't a problem.

However, in my mind... a Turtle Predator doesn't. Well, that's one of my reasons for passing on this fig. The other is....I'm not stinking rich, and there are simply too many other Hot Toys figs I'd like to get. (TDK, IM, HBII,A3, P1)

Hot Toys has started cannibalizing it's own sales. People have been canceling one fig. for another, etc.
They should realize this, and space the releases out a bit more.

i admit that they should cut doiwn the rate they produce products BUT predators dont come round too often its been 6 months i think since a lastb predator???

if im wrong im wrong but i havnt bought one since may so thats why im getting this guy plus he looks amazing

Is the head a new sculpt or a repaint of P2? I'm guessing the open fangs are a new sculpt, can't tell for the rest of the head because the paint is throwing me off.

the bd p2 had open fangs too didn't it ?. Even if this is a resculpt ?.
Not sure though to be honest.

it is a resculpt there is odd features within the face that are resculpted but some of the head is the same

Hey guys I got the replacement part all cleared up. First of all there is no neck collar to be shipped. There is however a replacement elbow joint. Not everyone needs to get a replacement though. Here is how you can tell if you need a replacement. The difference is only in color. If you look at the instructions for the replacement part you'll know what to look for

The one on the left is the incorrect yellow colored version....which looks like this

The one on the right is dark green and is the correct one. It looks like the one Wookster has

So if you have a dark green elbow joint then you are set. If you got a yellow one you can should probably contact Hot Toys or your seller to get a replacement part. Not really a big deal but just know that there are these differences. Hope this helps and sorry about the false neck collar info.

thats the edzact point i was trying to make earlier, i think its great to see a all new style predator
