it worked for me too. for like an hour. now, they're right back to how they were when i took it out of the box.

is there a trick here i'm missing?

Not really. Wrap the head with a cloth and dip it in hot cup of water for 20 seconds. When you take it out, unwrap the cloth and quickly dry it with paper towel. Separate them if they sitck together and use a cloth to wrap around the dreads to hold it down. Once it cool down, it should stay perminant.

ok that works. tried it with much hotter water and soaked the dreads for like a minute.
then, wrapped them in cloth and ran cold water over them for a few seconds.
all better. thanks again.

i used a hairdryer too get the dreads hot. put a bandana around the head and squeezed the sides and back of the head in my palm till it cooled.

I think the look on the box can't be achieved unless you cut the string into two pieces. That's how I got this look.

this thing already came with plenty of accessories it didn't have in the movie.
so, i kinda doubt they "forgot to include" it. it's just completely unnecessary for this figure.

i'd be more pissed that the medkit didn't come with both p2 figures. or that the elder didn't get a trophy wall skull.
