Yeah, I'm hoping they have the foresight to realize that a lesser, kind of ugly suit of Big Boss isn't going to signal potential success of more popular looks. And as for Boss, well. . .I just hope they don't have high expectations.

Watching the Ground Zeroes demo, id much prefer that sneaking suit over this one. But even then its still near the bottom of the list of Metal Gear figures we'd want

A Sneaking suit seems to be Big Boss signature outfit now.

Its Metal Gear signature in general, most of them are pretty damn badass. Naked Snake had one under his fatigues in MGS3.

I believe they chose this one because they said they like a challenge in creating figures

I feel like I'm the only one that actually liked the Sneaking Suit from MGS3...

The MPO SS was awful.

PW was alright, I just wish Play Arts got the color right since in game it's a lighter shade of blue.

It seems like all the Big Boss suits have some kind of bright color on them which is odd since their designed for Sneaking. Snake's MGS1 and 2 suits are gray and gray blue.

I like the MGS3 suit as well Plissken. I'm glad they decided to go with it because it's easier to get a pair of jungle fatigues than it is to make that sneaking suit, at least accurately.

I always liked the good constrast it had to the Boss's since their essentially the same suit for the most part.

It's a given they will do the fatigues in the future since it's titled "Version."

I hope we get Tiger Stripe. But if their basing this on the Naked Sample demo renders, we might get DPM... which I don't want...

My real only issue is that the M16 he comes with doesn't have the vegetation wrapped around it to camo it.

I plan on using the M16 from the Medicom RAH Croc Cap Naked Snake since it's game accurate.

Totally agree about the contrast with the Boss. I really can't wait until they are released.

I hope they go all out with this line, from a strictly character design standpoint, not even taking into account my love for the series, it is much more interesting than MANY of the lines HT does.

Anything to break up the manaughtny of Iron Man and Marvel in general...

I hope they at least try to produce something from each game. Solid Snake is in so desperate need of a 1/6, all we got was that bad Old Snake, which I own.

Yeah it's criminal that Solid hasn't had a proper 1/6 figure.
I actually need to grab one those Old Snakes, I want to cut up the Octocamo suit and make it a mesh under suit with the sculpted bits over it.

It's a glorified statue due to the rubber. The only pose it can hold is holding the M4. But there are customs out there that drastically improve the articulation.

Hopefully HT goes into that line at one point, does a fabric mesh suit and you can actually pose it. I think a LED Solid Eye would rule. Just use the same mechanism that is in the Wesker figures except instead of eyes it's just the light port of the Solid Eye.

SO far I have cut all the armor part. Now gonna glue them onto a suit.

Medicom's stuff just looks cartoony. The quality of HT headsculpts are truly getting realistic. A swap out "Young Snake" would be amazing. Maybe even the "Big Boss" Solidus face camo that has no flesh on it would be a riot. It would look like Red Skull Snake
