Looks AMAZING! REALLY TEMPTING! I may have to give it some serious serious thought.

But damn, Chewie looks terrible! And I imagine that's a production sample, like Han is.

Still can't believe people thought there wouldn't be a back wall to the cockpit or that you would only be able to display it from behind!

I think this is why they changed the Han sculpt to a bland Pilot flying expression.

I'm expecting Chewy will look better fresh from the box and with a bit of futzing. For the moment I'll set these images aside as a rush-job, but I still have a hard time reconciling the fact someone at Hot Toys thought the figures looked good enough in the photos to show off publicly. That's not pride in workmanship.

This cockpit is nothing short of AMAZING. It's the center piece for anyone's collection and it looks to have lots of ways to display it.

I think if that is the Chewie we are getting though... that is sorely disappointing. He looks really bad. If Hot Toys can't get it right... we are doomed for a good Chewie.

My thoughts exactly, if you still own the Sideshow versions , you could sit them in the falcon.

Yeah, I'd thought about that... someone else had mentioned bashing together a "smuggler" Lando and having him and Nien Nub in the cockpit. But I could see the Sideshow figure being a cool alternative and should look good in it.

The one at CVII looked like the proto images... he still had that beedy look to the eyes, but overall was very impressive. Much nicer than this weird looking cockpit version. I really think it's just unfutzed.
