Hmm, in Hot Toy's latest Facebook update they have T-800 listed as one of the 1:6 figures on display at the Terminator Salvation exhibit with this pic:
The endo in that pic might be a T-600, but it looks a little smaller.

well I knew it was this guy, that's nothing new, but neways, the 800 looked bigger to me, but on topic, I can't wait for this figure! marcus was the best part of the movie

Here's a shot of the T-700 box, and the picture on front looks like the T-800 to me.
T-700, T-600, T-RIP, T-800?
Look guys. Bottom line is this. For all these toys to be released so closely to, and even before the movie release, they had to start making them based on pre-production drawings, maquettes, and other source material that likely got revised and rethought a lot before filming and final edits. Screw what the toy makers call everything.
If you've seen the movie, you know there is only the T-600, the T-800, and Marcus, who is basically called the T-RIP by Skynet when she calls him a prootype. If anything, he is more advanced than the 800, so he isn't a 700 either.
There are no bull^^^^ 700s in this movie, and that's a good thing. The factory scene must be an 800 factory because the Arnold 800 already exists in this movie. Why would Skynet still be making 700s if it already has the 800. The Hot Toys 700, in the movie, is actually an alternate timeline 800, and the rougher texture the toy has is hardly noticeable in the movie. Hot Toys like to overtexturize metal surfaces. What you get when you buy a Hot Toys 700 is an alternate timeline 800, exactly like what Arnold is in this movie. It doesn't come with weapons because the T-Arnold didn't use any in this one.
The above shots are of the 600s. Great shots BTW.

See how little texture is really on these in the movie? That's the same skull as on the T-Arnold, therefore it's an 800. 700 is a pre-production myth.

I don't disagree with you but the reason that the T-RIP is different is because its a hybrid.
An Endo built keeping the human brain and human heart inact. He's an Android not a Cyborg. It operates on the human impulses while operating the machine as well which is why Marcus was recording and when his face went blank as he almost killed that guy who tried to rape Blair. It took him getting shot to break the trance. He is more advanced because it moves past the mindless machine but through his actions at the factory he is unpredictable and therefore a less reliable soldier because the human emotion and free will are still intact to decide to go against programming and directives. That would be the reason that Skynet would choose to keep the Endos over the Hybrids
