Too late for that. It released in HK last week.

Oh well, like I said, those missing out on T-800 have a chance at something besides paying secondary market prices, but those hoping to have each new endo represented in their collection are going to be missing out.

Going by this, I think the Endo attacking Connor on the copter is a T-700, BUT, Hot Toys figure is not, unless they make a major change between proto and what ships.

I saw that picture, and look at the lineup image you posted, that looks more like the T-700 in the lineup than the T-600.

The lineup picture makes T-700 look like a slimmer version of the T-600, which the one attacking Connor looks more like, it doesn't seem bulky enough to be T-600.

Marcus is the T-RIP.

Ah ok, I should have known that. But I was just confused because I haven't seen any article or document that explicitly labels Marcus' endo as a T-RIP. Was that endo designation mentioned in the movie? I know the Helena Bonham Carter-faced Skynet AI told Marcus that he was built for infiltration, but never says the model name. It does make sense though.

I wasn't so sure, especially considering that I bought this Playmates toy before the film released:

This is the one John steps over and I thought it was the one he destroyed in the helocopter. (Image rotated)

I saw that picture recently too, but the half endo chasing him in the shots from the movie doesn't have that gear all strapped to it, you can see all the mechanics on the back. It's possible an editor took a shot of him walking over a T-600 and cut to it as if it's the one he shot and just left it thinking who'd notice in spilt seconds if it wasn't the same endo.

Notice also, your newest image has wrappings around the left arm, those aren't in the copter shot.

Ultimately, doesn't really matter what Endo it is, I think it's pretty clear, the Hot Toys figure is nothing different from a T-800 other than texture/finish, and that doesn't seem like a true representation of T-700.

Well that's because the first image is before John shoots the ^^^^ out of it :lol

Lol I just remembered. :lol

Yeah, but I would still like to see if there are any production stills/design docs/concept photos of this elusive T-700, if it even physically exists, in prop form or CGI.

Well, yeah, it would be cool to know if it even exists beyond that lineup sketch, I was just commenting in regards to whether it was in the film impacting getting the figure and all as saying it's a pretty pointless thing to figure out for that purpose because whatever it it may or may not be in the film, I'm pretty certain the HT figure isn't correct in designation. Considering the T-600, T-RIP and T-800's significant distinctions from each other, I can't believe T-700 is the 800 with jsut a rougher finish, which is what HT's figure is.

Now, I'm doubting myself.

Marcus is the T-RIP. Skynet confirms it when "she" calls him the Resistance Infiltrator Prototype hence "RIP" not to mention when his chest cavity is open it resembles the T-RIP from the "line up"
