Depends, they may not ever meet, they could just work from home, I believe a number of Sideshow sculptors don't actually work in the main office and just work in their home environments, which is best anyway, I know for me, I always do my best art when I can work in the environment I build for myself to be at comfort and inspired and all, rather than some generic office somewhere.
I actually believe that Chinese companies in general (but HT hopefully is different as they are a young firm ) do not believe in working from home unless they are project based. Especially in HK everyone seems to be expected to work crazy overtime. So when in office everyone monitors everyone increasing the efficiency of the workers even if that is not the case many times. Besides many times the housing is so cramped that ppl actually prefer to stay out and only go home to sleep. My Bro-In-Law used to live in a bed filling sized suite with washroom and a kitchen counter but he has "moved up" since and lives in an old 500sqft single bedroom condo.
