Heres my HT Wolverine. I got an extra HT Predator diorama base off ebay, pulled the green leaves. Then I got some pointers on what materials to use to make the snow, which I was told to use "Snow Tex" and some "Woodland Scenics" Snow Powder. I was going for the scene in Xmen (1) where he fights Sabretooth after being thrown from his truck/camper. Let me know what you guys think! :)

Heres some WIP pics too.

I added it onto Wolverine too, I think it added to the over all look.

I got a set a while ago but I have never seen them anywhere for sale or even pics of them from people who bought them. They are well worth picking up if you can find them.

Is this figure becoming rare? I see it's sold out on sites like Sideshow and BBTS, and eBay sellers still was $220 to $250 for it.

I still don't have him. I only got back into collecting recently and have knocked off

Blade
Dx Batman
Dx Joker
Gandalf the grey
The Godfather (HT)
T-800
Leonides
Indiana Jones (sideshow)

Now I have to obtain Wolverine before any of the PO's I'm commited to come up. :(

Not really or not yet, actually there's someone on the boards at the FS threads selling multiples for $215 or so...

OK, thanks. I unfortunately will probably have to let this guy go soon in a sale, and was trying to gauge if selling him now might be bad idea because he could rise in value?

Sort of like the Hot Toys OC Batman Begins.

I think he wasn't as mass produced as this figure, I remember reading something about that and maybe that's what cause the rise in price on OC Bats.

Just remember that I don't have one yet and I hate Ebay when you do. :lol

Pretty much, DCD never even imported it, the demand was highly underestimated, and it would seem no one felt a need to put out more, as Hot Toys has produced more of figures in the past, seemed like they wanted to focus on new TDK designs so they just made a small run and moved on.

this figure was not that hard to find. I bought one for under retail at Hastings 3 months ago. People are just afraid of gohastings. :)
