Won't make you feel much better probably, but I had a package shipped a few weeks ago from like the middle of the U.S. to MA through DHL's co-service with USPS, it took over a week to get to MA from the middle of the country, I get Sideshow packages in 6 days, then, from a city that's a 45 minute drive for me to get to, it took the USPS 4 days to get it to me. Holidays really have things messed up with mail right now.

I had a package shipped from Q (west coast) USPS last Thursday and it arrived on Weds. Package released from customs on the 14th and 7 days later nada. Inconsistency is driving me nuts :duh

All depends on the facilities it goes through and timing, but it's a lousy time of year to try and get things in any sort of a timely manner. I was getting very pissed about my package, 4 days for a 45 minute trip, it was like my box was the one ring with Frodo carrying it to me :lol

I actually called the usps tonight to see if they knew anymore than what the tracking shows. The guy said that it most likely went out today and that I should have it before christmas. He could have been just telling me what i want to hear, but i'm hoping he's right.

I hope he was right, good luck. Today has been day 14 since the item shipped from HK, we are due :D

checked the tracking today and it arrived at the post office down the street from my house!! Don't worry darkseed, he'll get to you and there is still time before christmas. I'd bet you'll get him today or tomorrow :banana

Drama continues. I called USPS and they have not received my package after released from customs on the 14th. They recommended contacting the seller and have him (Tony Cheung) open an inquiry about the location of my package.

The seller hasn't responded to my request yesterday for help, I just sent another request with the updated info.

I rarely order from ebay. Any additional advice or options is appreciated.

Thanks

Ewwww, yeah it sucks when things like that happen. Never bought from Tony Cheung before, so I have no advice about him as a seller.

My advice is to be patient when contacting eBay sellers............they don't always respond next day. And also try and be real simple and short when contacting Hong Kong sellers, otherwise they may interpret what you say in a whole other way. It's happened to me before!

that's really weird man, i ordered from the same seller...didnt you say that tracking said it was "in transit" to your house?

Did yours arrive yet? I need pics to tide me over.

The original Chinese courier site said "in transit". Working through the process I found out it is tracked on USPS. I looked up on USPS site it said released from customs. I talked to the rep by phone and she said they haven't received the package from customs (12/14)???

I am trying to be patient but the seller was allot more responsive (almost immediately) before shipping questions arose. Now I need his assistance he isn't responding (big surprise). He has a good score on ebay, I just don't want windows of opportunity to close and I be out the cash or item.

I didnt receive mine yet, but it should be here in a few hours.

But yeah that generally is the attitude of many ebay sellers, once it's been paid for it's no longer their problem. In all honesty though, it sounds more like the usps than the seller. I don't think he ripped you off or anything like that, it just may be a bit held up due to the holiday. Dont give up hope man!

and actually, if you dont get him today, try calling the usps back later on tonight. When I called the first time, I got some girl and she sounded like she could care less. At the time, the tracking showed that it hadnt reached the U.S. yet and she was like, "It just hasn't gotten here yet". So I go online the next day and it had been in the states since the 14th (it was then the 18th). When I called last night for the second time I got a guy and he was really helpful. So who knows maybe a different person will tell you something else.

I would of waited on Sideshow......................... :lecture

or toys2 which have them in stock now... If you going to order overseas, might as well order from toys2. But I understand some of you didn't expect toys2 to have them this early.

I normally use SS. On rare occasions I want a "grail" figure without the delay and order it overseas. Tell how often I order overseas since I don't know the process to find my item. Lesson learned for certain.

I imagine it will show up eventually.
