No modification whatsoever. Just out of the package. Raymond and I have been able to do it just fine, whats wrong with the rest of you?

Totally! Just love the cigar in his mouth. Looks perfect there! And sticks right in.

Me too. I was really disapointed when people first got him and said the cigar didn't fit. I guess they just didn't try hard enough. It was pretty straight forward to me. The end even has teeth impressions on it.

It took a little more time to get it looking better, like yours actually. Now he looks like the sinister SOB he is

I wasn't able to. His elbows don't bend far enough. No more than a 90 degree angle. The elbow pads don't help any either.

Hey guys as i mentioned in the post before it's waterslide decals id you look close on the first pic you can see the guns all have them too!

I suppose I could sell some of these, sized correctly and even cut out so all you would need to do is apply them yourselves.

i could offer 3 of the large one in case you mess up or it gets ruined somehow down the line and 6 of for the guns.

The guns look flawless let me tell you. A little bunching did happen on the badge due to it's concave shape but it's next to not noticeable at all.

Just wish I could find a way to get the writing on his gun but cannot print white.

If anyone is haveing any problems with the decals you might look into the Microscale decal setting solutions. They soften the decals so they can conform to irregular surfaces such as the concave shape of the button. Available at almost any hobby shop. I've used them on HO trains for years.

Just PM'ed you for a set of the decals. Thank you for making these available.
