It came up under a hot toys search, but does not say Hot Toys under maker so it my be another 12 inch comedian figure that I am unaware of, but thought it may be worth your time to check out.

So the leaks have still not come back sincei did the glue trick.
But... BUUUUUUT...
The rubber body itself is sweating. that's right. and not only this one but a few of the random other rubber bodies I had. parted out from Dastan etc. They sweat too. The problem may have been the rubber body all along. No pools of liquid just an overall oily sheen that can be removed when i rub my finger across it, leaving a oily film that then leaves marks on anything else i touch.
Its like this on this as well as two parted out Dastan bodies I have. Wolverine looks to be OK but i have not removed his clothes in well over a year.
This means that every one with the so-called improved rubber bodies may some day be in jeopardy.
Wolverine, Perseus, Thor, Dastan, the new HT Muscle body, Sly Stallone, Odin, the Arnold Terminators, Chris Reeve superman, Indiana Jones.
I'm quite worried about the figure for all non completely plastic HT bodies, especially the Comedian/Wolverine kind.

Mistake: Perseus has no rubber torso... and you missed one... Royce
Until I see otherwise.. I'd still say the bodies (with only fabric contact) is fine..
I'd invested in 1 dozen TTM19... I believe Skiman invested in 2 dozen

Incredible. Hot Toys are amazing- not only are they incredibly life like and detailed, their rubber bodies also SWEAT? wow. what next? check his pants for crap.

Update: The boots should not be in contact with the rubber of the legs as well.

sice my glue job no massive leaks, a general oily film around the whole body though... visually no problems. Still one of my faves...
as long as the body armor does not crumble away I'm willing to cut my losses on this and be happy with it the way it is... as long as he stays as is though...

If its gonna leak, it should leak by now. So I think its safe to assume that if you buy one right now, it should be ok for the next few years. Just make sure to have the seller check on the rubber suit before purchasing it.

I think they are all leaking though? Just some people haven't noticed. I haven't seen one person who hasn't logged deterioration of some kind after checking properly.

Mine did leak some. I checked the back of the suit the other day and it is not getting any worse though. If it stays like this, then it is acceptable.

Ive also checked mine and it may have a wet back but othere then that there havent been any changes in the thickness of the rubber or actual breaking down... I guess I can live with the wetness since it is on his back... Still one of my top figures regardless of the leaks anyway...

Can you tell me again how you did yours. Mine is slightly wet, but in good shape.
