Poor Dutch never did make it to da choppa. :lol

Sure he did, the medical choppa to repair a broken arm, leg, snapped neck :lol Actually, pretty sure despite his aerial moves, he sustained no damage.

That's somthing I'll give Hot Toys, I've had some figures take 3 foot dives from my photo pedistal over the years and haven't broken one yet.

Yep as well as the Endo. Probably my two favorite collectibles. I wouldn't own them though if I wouldn't have gotten great deals on them. I only paid £300.00 for the Arnold when it was on sale at play. :D:rock

Ha ha. Remember we were chatting to each other at the time it was reduced. Think we ordered at exactly the same time. What a steal

Perhaps p!tu's finest moment. :lol It was definitely the hardest I ever laughed at one of his videos.

Indeed, he's always excited in his videos, but that 5 year old on Christmas morning display he put on in the Dutch vid was 1 of a kind and classic, but in my book, that's what the hobby should be about, it gets too serious sometimes, but I think it's safe to say, most collectors are tapping into an inner child buying figures and such, better to let the kid be a kid and shut out the adult side.

Agreed. I havne't bought collectibles for at least 3 months and this week I went kinda crazy and ordered 2 arnies and Capt Miller from DID. I do feel like a kid at christmas.

Part of the inner child aspect for me is the fact that I'd have loved having figures like this as a kid, no way I would have, but even when I was young, I aspired for my figures to be truer to the sources than most toys were. I remember being psyched when I started to buy Hasbro's 12" Star Wars figures, it was a big leap compared to the 4" figures, then when Sideshow took over Star Wars 12", it was another step closer to the type of figures I wanted all my life.

Now with Hot Toys, I'm pretty much getting the closest thing to a shrunken actor/actress straight out of the film/show as possible, it's great.

:goodpost::exactly:

Had to take advantage of the opportunity to use those Smilies for the first time, but I couldn't agree more. :lecture

That is a really crappy pic. All my pics are crap. In person it looks much more impressive. There is something off about the eyes but with shades on he looks fantastic. Best hot toys figure ever? One of them.
