I pre-ordered from Redford Films, and still haven't heard anything. However, they have the DX Bats in-stock. I'm hopeful that this guy will ship soon.

Last time I ordered from Redford films it did seem like it took them a While to get their pre-orders in stock, But their awesome prices make up for it.

No need to worry, it only took about a couple weeks after the secondary retailers got their stuff.

EDIT: Ive also ordered FX Lightsabers from them, I totally forgot about those beasts.

Doubtful. Plus, they'll probably be highwater given the figures height.

I would guess doubtful as well... I had a hell of a time finding pants that would fit on an ACE body and this looks ever bulkier.

I'm planning on putting some riding boots on him anyway and tucking the pants in. My concern is the waist clasp and the thighs. I'm hoping the soldier story stuff (which runs big to begin with) works.

They'll still look like knickers though. Plus, I don't know about the waist. Since the overall size of the body is bigger, the waist might be bigger as well.

I fully expect atleast two more versions of this T-800. I think a battle damaged version is a given either as a regular MMS figure or an MMS DX version. But I don't see them stopping there, I can definitely see them putting out a T-800 V2 with the same accessories and some new ones like the minigun, ammo bandolier, gloved hands and alternate head.

This is a brand new license for them and we just got a glimpse of an obscure exclusive Sarah Connor variation. Judging by Hot Toys past figures (Batman, Joker, Predator, Alien, Rambo) I'd be surprised if T-1000 and the T-800 didn't have multiple releases.

That's one of the reasons I'm passing on this one and waiting.

Yeah, I hope they will come up with more versions. HT has been making quite a few of "battle damaged" this and that! The "battle damaged" T-800 is a must! imagine that with light up eye!
By the way I am going to Hong Kong this fall. I am going to visit Toy Hunter. I will also try to find some 1/6th scaled granade launcher, and the gatling gun...

You might be alright with SoldierStory stuff. I have a pair of the pants from one of the modern military figures. They're massive! I'll try and put them on Arnie when I get him if you want and let you know.
