Love the Olympia, I could see it be boring but if you knew how much work it takes along with sacrificing all the foods that are out there, those guys have my respect, I love going to the local shows here in Saint Louis, the Show Me Naturals they have the Men's, lightweight, middleweight, heavyweights.... the same with Women's bodybuilders and fitness gals that are not as ripped but still in great condition.

If I'm not in the show, I definitely have my tickets to scope out the competition.

I hear ya brother. I trained a few people who competed natural and know how much work goes into it. Its also alot of wear and tear on the body though. Especially when you add riods to the mix. Alot more respect for the natural side of the sport. All of my clients now are average people looking for functional training rather than people looking to get into the sport.

Yeah, I only just started reading up on that the other day wondering what they were talking about. Bar that there is also a lot of futzing to that.

I just had to. I couldn't help but notice everyones was nearly like Superman.

My only gripe though is the zips. It's not shiny or the right colour like this. I'll have to mod it.
