Great shots Maul. They're always a little too up close for me though. Would love full body shots.

In fact it would be great to see you shoot some ordinary photos, as in, not trying to recreate scenes from the film or anything, just photos of the figure sitting in with the rest of your collection or just in an ordinary place in one of your rooms. It would give it that in hand look but would still be all kinds of awesome. I love photos like that, Tyler's being a good example.

Sadly, I pre-ordered from 2 separate places (one of which being BBTS), and haven't got either one yet! Pre-orders seem like such a crap-shoot. But you can't not pre-order something like this. . .

So I finally got my Hot Toys T-800 yesterday...

I threw together this bash. I really was concerned that 'normal' pants wouldnt fit the much larger Arnie, but I was surprised to discover that pants/sweater/and smock ALL fit no problem.

Forgive the really bad pictures as I took them with my iphone in the morning before leaving for work. (p.s. I can't wait for the 5 megapixel iphone 4!! It even has flash)

Anyway, the Dio is incomplete... its waiting for a challenger... hopefully he'll be arriving soon too.

Well lucky me... my 2 figures arrived today. The first is perfect... such an amazing figure.

Then as I'm undressing the 2nd for a custom figure I get hit with a surprise... 2 right arms!!! The QC guy must have been on a break.

But, I spoke with Mark at Alter Ego and they'll be able to help out with a replacement. Kind of bummed though as I was really looking forward to starting my Conan figure.

BTW, anyone know if the arms (at the shoulder) pop off easily? It would be cool if I could just get a new arm, versus having to send the whole figure back.
