I think A-dev ended up with two right arms on his Dutch. The guys who put these together must get confused with Arnold's arms.

Yeah, I'm sure its a simple mistake to make. Just kind of a pain in the ass. Oh well... I'm still waiting on a few pieces for Conan anyway so its not like its that big of a deal.

Well lucky me... my 2 figures arrived today. The first is perfect... such an amazing figure.
Then as I'm undressing the 2nd for a custom figure I get hit with a surprise... 2 right arms!!!The QC guy must have been on a break.
But, I spoke with Mark at Alter Ego and they'll be able to help out with a replacement. Kind of bummed though as I was really looking forward to starting my Conan figure.
At least it's just one of two. Would suck for someone to get one Arnie and get stuck with the messed up arm...

Yeah, I'll put some up later today. But basically the tricep is in front and the design of the arm won't allow the elbow to bend forward, only backward.

CRAP!! MidTownComics just sent me a coupon code for anything off their site and I just went to use it on this figure and by the time I could get to the check out it was sold out. WTF!!!! I hate my life lol....

How am I lucky? I didn't get my T-800.
This is my favourite of your last batch Sean.
I see you use slow shutter speads in your photo's. 2 seconds in the one above. Do you fully understand all the technical aspects of photography, or do you just sit there playing with exposure times and ISO speeds etc like me untill you get the look you want?
I understand them, did a lot of reading and experimenting to really get it though.
The last set was done with my room lights out and just my monitor on with a blue PS file open and then a hand held LED or two for the side highlights and fill lighting. I always go for settings that are best for image quality so most of my shots these days are with a tripod and slow shutter, you can change ISO to get faster shutter speed but then you get image noise which I try vey hard to avoid.
