Hawkeye is borderline since he is an Avenger in the comics, but SHIELD in the movie.

Hawkeye is an Avenger from SHIELD just like Black Widow is a part-time SHIELD agent Avenger, Thor is an Avenger from Asgard, Cap is an Avenger from the U.S. Military, Stark is an Avenger from the private sector and Banner is simply a private citizen Avenger.

I guess I'm just a bit more of a comic book purist, but in relation to the movie Hawkeye and Black Widow are SHIELD Agents. Thor, Hulk, Captain America and Tony Stark are recruited expressly for the Avengers Program.

Yes I suppose that you are technically correct. However, I don't really see a major disparity, they are SHIELD agents who have become AVENGERS. Whilst you may be a comic-purist, and that is not a bad thing, I hasten to add - this is not a comic it is a comic based film. And how many liberties get taken with adaptations to film?

"Pretty certain" is an understatement. This is guaranteed to jump in price. It is a character everyone seems to want(I have no clue why) and it is a SSC exclusive.
