The amount of figures that Hot Toys are making now makes me think the 'investment' value is marginal at best. Hot Toys has also had a tendency of remaking figures they have already done. That is one reason I'm probably only picking up Hulk and Loki, maybe C.A. from the Avengers line. I'm sure they'll be redoing all of these again for Avengers 2. Hopefully they don't decide to make Coulson The Vision.

Yeah, unless you just love the franchise, there's no reason to jump over everything now. I wouldn't mind a Hulk, for example, but I'm content to see how the rubber arms fare over the next few years and can always grab an Avengers 2 or 3 version down the line.

I'm one of the crazy collectors that wants the full line. It's going to be expensive but it's going to look bad ace when they are all setup and looking sexy.

Yes I was like I either get all the Avenger figs or none, I decided on the latter option. I know people will say just get the ones you like, but once I get one in a line I have to to get the others etc. And its too much money not enough room im afraid.

Same here as well! Although I can't make a decision on Thor and I don't know what it is about the figure that bugs me.

For me it's all but Thor. The face doesn't look right and the body proportions are way off. That's my take on it.

Yeah the face is a bit off. The improved sculpt looks a lot better than the first one, but still off to me. I'm just gonna wait for in hand pics before deciding.

Maybe they'll use the whole Brain wave copy thing that they used with Wonder Man in the comics, and also use that to explain the appearence of Vision to Coulson.

My plan was to just get the ones i liked and i ended up liking them all. :slap
