Holy Bat-snags! My figure arrived today and the costume looked like this right out of the packaging. Am I imagining it or is this looking worse than everyone else's here?

Great pose for Robin in that second pic Khai.

Cheerss, but still not the look I was really after. In the show he does the fist in hand pose a lot, but his arms and hands are higher. But you just can't do it with only 90 degree bends in the elbows. I saw one of the ht blogger shots did it, but I swear they must've over bent the arms to achieve it!

Khai - nice pics - that is exactly how I have my Robin posed (in 2nd pic).

Both of these figures are super nice but together they are just killer.

Thanks! Yeah, I dont think you could have one without the other. I passed on the other two Batmobiles, but if they ever release the 1966 Batmobile for preorder, I dont think I'll be able to resist!

Looks like you can just snip those away carefully.

Not without a microscope! And I don't have the guts to graze it with a razor.

Hopefully Sideshow can send me a replacement. I just HATE having to quibble over such minor issues. But a $200 figure shouldn't have the kind of problems that are never an issue on a $10 Barbie doll.

That shield is cool! Can never have enough of the '66 bat gear.

Hardreturn - those are freaking killer pics. Love the one of Batman tagging the Joker.

As cool as the Bat-Shield is I'm not sure I can justify forking over $100 for it. I don't know that I'd pose the figures with it enough to justify that cost but it would be something cool to have anyways.

Looks like mine. sideshow just sent me a replacement that has a really crooked logo but 'up/down' crooked if that makes sense. I told them and they said to pull the suit to one side to straighten it. They said it's the best replacement they can offer. They've got no idea but it's Hot Toys crappy QC and not really SSC fault.

PS:you can't snip them off, don't even try. It'll make holes.
