It's a 'grey market' supply issue. OSB doesn't go through the official distributor, hence prices are often cheaper.

just starting to worry me about the service OSB is now giving. I am seeing people on Facebook moaning they don't have the batmobiles, loki from avengers yet.
seems like the great service that was there is now slipping.

I order my figs direct from Hong Kong now, Too much hassle with the UK retailers imo. Probably Collectible Kit Bash is the best one to use. At least I know exactly when I will get the fig and the Hong Kong sellers on EBay offer way better customer service then the UK retailers which is pretty amazing.

I would like to order my figs from UK retailers but I have been messed around too much.

Not yet,
The Hong Kong sellers are pretty sneaky, they will put like minimum values on the package description and they usually don't weigh a whole lot either.
Try and use sellers who do free postage too, that seems to help.

I might just start ordering with sideshow again, at least they update with flex changes. I just hate the tax hit after you get it in hand
