Also does anyone know anything about this "1/6 Wolfman" by EX Figures?? Looks like theirs will have a more accurate body

That body is more fitting. I wonder how this HS will fit with it. May match perfectly.

Did he ever actually hold a sword in the movie? Or just the movie poster?

Yes. He was given a sword in the film and he actually held it. However, he ended up given it back.

This very thing happened with the Origins figure. Lots of complaining about the head not looking like Jackman and now its sought after.

Looks much much better in that video. I'm not going to hurry and reorder after I just cancelled, but once it gets stateside and freaks post more pics I hope it looks better than what I've seen from OMG and the likes.

With the rest of you. I'm cancelling my order but will wait to get it for a discounted price. Just isn't worth the asking price as of now. the professional pics aren't helping this figure out. That video made it look better but was in poor lighting. The amazing sculpt is there but if there's poor paint apps than it's a fail.

Here's another PS side-by-side with what I think needs to change. This headsculpt needs to be recalled IMHO. On the left is what we're getting, on the right is what I think we should get (I know some of you might not agree):

If the right pic was what was shown today, I think a lot of us would have been a lot happier.

The new head is way too wide, has the thick mustache, has flatter hair, has less forehead creases, has too neutral an expression which does not match the pissed off mouth... it reads more as Logan being constipated.

I wonder if modding can save the headsculpt though. Even elongating it (so it's less wide) and getting rid of the stache really helped.

I think it's cool that HT is trying to get figures to us faster, but it should NOT be at the expense of final quality.

I agree that the head seems to be a little too wide, but I would be ok with that, because I understand things can change a bit during production. For me its the paint.

Also even on the prototype has the top lip too flat. That was one of the parts I was hoping would get solved before production.

Ah thats right, the bad guy gave him his katana in the well for saving his life, then he gave it back to him. Just odd to me that they included that. But hey, metal swords usually sell on Ebay for around $25....

I'm perplexed on what to do since I missed out on MMS103 and can't get one at a decent price... and I don't want to wait around on this once and then it becomes sought out.

I got the Last Stand version, but I've always been partial to Civilian Wolverine.
