Thanks again. I do not have a Thor in my collection and have been kicking around buying this with the extra rewards but with that code on top of it, it was a no brainer. Can't wait until it gets here.
I had no idea the code was available and I see it was going to expire on the 19th. I'm still fairly new to this site and would like to know if there is a place on the forum where new and current codes are posted?
No problem... and here is the place where current codes get posted.

Haha... Nice.... I don't mind watching I again before AOU
Normally I wouldn't, either, but in general I watch the MCU movies so much more than others, and I am making a conscious decision to not watch them too much so as to not grow weary of them. I enjoy them too much for that.

I've been introducing our daughter to them, and so I am getting my fill of these movies as of late. :)

New code seems to be WOLVIE15 which is 20% off. Thor seems to qualify but based on the fine print seems you can't get the free shipping or rewards when using it.
Orderered mine with the STAR20 code and I still got extra rewards and free shipping just fine ... should be the same for the WOLVIE code.

You just can't combine codes on a single order...or reward points and a code.

Might just skip AoU version and get this one. That 20% coupon and extra rewards plus free shipping makes this a great deal.

EDIT: ordered

:goodpost: Still debating about whether just to order this one and skipping the AoU version. The 20%, extra rewards, and free shipping is too good to pass up. :panic:

EDIT: Just ordered it. :yess:

Nice pic - I like the pose :) Deffo the best Thor figure HT have done to date.
Thanks, he definitely is! :D

Very nice!! Good decision. :hi5:

Admittedly I'm not up with the ins and outs of all the Marvel characters, but I would have thought Thor should be more than a match for Ultron, physically at least... ok, the movie version is powered down somewhat, but isn't comic Thor like Superman levels of awesomeness?

Yeah Comic Thor could probably match Ultron, but Comic Ultron is also pretty powerful
However movie Thor is majorly nerfed :ohbfrank:

Yeah, that's probably what I dislike most about the MCU... at times Thor hardly seems superpowered. Maybe Thor will finally get the treatment he deserves in Ragnarok

In the 1st Thor movie he seemed pretty close to his power level. He didn't break a sweat with the frost giants and flying through that big creatures head was awesome. Then he beat down the Destroyer a little too easily I think. Then in Avengers he was toned down, but I can buy a little of that as when he fought the Hulk on the Helicarrier he had to be careful to minimize damage and watch out for all the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents running around, and during the battle in NY he also had to minimize destruction and casualties. I think the Dark World though was the problem. He was manhandled by Kurse which never would have happened, and they seemed to downplay his abilities. Hopefully that was just bad writing and directing. I did read in an interview with Joss Whedon somewhere that there's a big battle between Thor and the Vision in the sky in AOU and it's the 1st time we see Thor fight someone on his power level with no holding back!!! I'm really hoping for that!!! Between that happening and the Hulk vs Hulkbuster this movie will be EPIC!! :yess:
