has anyone compared the inside of the Armory cowl with DX12 ? are they different ?

looks the same to me.

I don't understand you. The only way to "fix" crooked PERS is to dismantle the PERS system and move them individually, which isn't a fix at all.
You said that's what you did?

Anyway whatever, if it were me I'd return it to the seller.

Contacted the seller will exchange it for a new one.

Got my new cowl today, the eyes look much better. If HT realise now that PERS should fit the figure, rather than the figure being a showcase for PERS (ie big starey eyes), I may change my stance on PERS.

Looks like they did the same as Robbie did, ie cut down the BW sculpt to just the mouth, albeit a slightly different cut. Looks good.

No, I'm happy with my DX12. I was thinking to buy a naked Bruce Wayne body to use with the head I already have and then buy some clothes to make my BW similar to the armor testing Tony Stark, because I don't like the suit and tie version in this armory. Maybe I will also buy a bat mask if I 'll find one at an acceptable price.. We'll, I don't know if the result will be good!

Is the cowl the only thing different as far as corrections go to the figure? This still has the DX12 body right with thunder thighs and all?

Sorry, the cowl! But I wasn't talking about the entire cowl with pers, mouth.. It's the empty cowl.
