Same, this seems a little rushed with the whole photoshopped star on the arm. Gonna wait till more final pics come up.

I thought the same thing about the body proportions but the very last photo is what sold me. (the one showing both head sculpts and hand assortment) If it looks like that on shelf, I'll be happy. I agree about the mech arm looking a little bland. If it comes out of production that way I'll probably give it a black wash to help give it more of a worn look.

I'm also going to buy an extra masked head to put the mask on the head with the war paint. That's the plan as of now. We're a looooong way from this one releasing.

dont think the mask is removable unless you spoil the extra head you gt by prying it out. i'm using a custom mask for my custom one now. while i wait for the release of this.

Oh, I'm sure it's glued on. I wasn't planning on preserving the extra head.

Who knows, Headplay will probably come out with great looking knockoffs for half the price. Then I can get my mask on the cheap.

hair does look horrible, but I think i'll give him a shot. if I don't like the final i'll just sell it..lol. but really, I had high hopes for him and he does kinda just look like a large action figure. maybe they will tweak him before his release.....I mean it is feb of next year...lol over all he's cool. kinda wish he had a really large gun like in some photos...but oh well....i'll just steal one from gi joe...lol

If you search for ZY TOYS they make several versions, the M82A1M [CQ] or M82A1M [Special Edition] are a close match.

Quick nit pick okay with out the face mask Winter Soldier has black around the eyes but with the Mask on and googles off he has no black around the eyes why is that .

The black smudged eyes is only for a brief second near the start. After that, whenever he is goggleless, his eyes are normal.

Just got my HT Roadblock just when I decided to streamline my collection to Marvel/DC movie characters, was able to sell it right away with $15 profit (and it's still a steal at buyer's end-- thank goodness for my membership discount!). Now I can afford to order this

I'm pretty confident that HT would fix the hair and make the metal arm look better. This proto could have been rushed to make it to the launch simultaneous with the movie as well as that HT/Disney exhibit happening now over at Beijing.

This figure is perfect, could do with the sniper and I would've loved to have seen an articulated metal hand like the Iron Man figures but they don't bring this figure down at all.

It's really insane too wait almost a year for a figure. And if is a Iron Man one year and half. Also if you are in europe add 1 or 2 months more.Most of my friends that don't know nothing about this hobbie also think it's insane too wait so long. One of the big cons for being a Hot Toys collector
