The Keaton head looks pretty good in the torn cowl, it looks kind of squished otherwise. They probably modeled it after that scene in the movie, which is why it looks goofy outside of the cowl. Either that or bad lighting. That proto pic up there looks worlds better.

I knew it! The plethora of HT Iron Man figures didn't kill my hopes.

Wasn't expecting a set so I'm excited. I love how it looks. I think the Keaton headsculpt is dead on the face. The hair is what is off. It's brilliantly sculpted but is missing the late 80s/early 90s 'high hair' look. Regardless. I'm buying this.

Is it really the photographer tho? The sculpt above looks amazing but the released shots are **** and his cheeks are all rosy (I guess it was winter tho...).

Easy pass tho considering I have the 89 version and its just a different body. A Catwoman or Penguin tho would be a easy PO (and Penguin comes with little penguins! ).

100% with you on this, that's the Wayne set id dream of. But regards the head, its amazing how bad lighting can mess things up

If they fix the Wayne sculpt, then we're one step closer to my ultimate dream of an 89 Batman 2.0 set with turtleneck and jeans Bruce, Gough Alfred, and the Batsuit vault.

I don't want to be that guy, but I still think there's something a tad off about the Keaton sculpt, though it does look a lot better in Hong's pics than the official ones. I think the eyes and eyebrows are throwing it off a bit, but there's something else, as well. It almost seems like the whole mouth area is too small for his head or something. As far as the eyes and eyebrows go, Keaton's famous for those brows, but it's the combination of the squint and the brows that's throwing me for a loop. If you look at pics where his brows are arched like that, he has kind of a wide eyed look, and, vice versa, when he's squinting like that, his brows are nowhere near as arched as that.

You are that guy. JC confirmed on Facebook that the official shots are one of many he painted. The same sculpt is on his blog, painted differently.
