That's a pretty sweet piece. I'm not really into 1:1 props, but it looks very accurate.

+1 on BR cowl being the sexiest and sleekest in design.

As for the Toynami cowl, It's molded from one of the actual cowls used in the film thus the accuracy. The lineage and its low ES of 500 made the Toynami BR cowl shoot up in the aftermarket, unlike the HCG 1989 cowl which is still available after a year of its release. HCG cowl was newly sculpted by an Emmy Award-winning sculptor instead of being directly molded from a screen-used cowl. I guess the screen prop was already breaking apart by age they were not allowed to use it?

Toynami stated their 92 returns cowl was molded of a screen used cowl.That is a huge lie. And their 89 was cowl was indeed sculpted moreover that one is very inaccurate
Back to TH. I'm glad I didn't pick up dx9. I'm going to buy the new returns version.It looks decent to me.But i have to admit HT could have done it much better.DOJ desert version looks so much better IMO

It boggles my mind that she hasn't been made yet, and that *apparently* plans for her were scrapped. Every so often, somebody comes around and says something like "That movie isn't really popular in Asia." Okay, fair enough, but don't they love women dressed as cats over there, or am I just imagining seeing all that ****?

Eh batman just doesn't look good with all that light on him like that. The Dont get why all the bloggers always use so much excess lighting. That belt is way too high as well ugh

The material looks good but yeah once again, like the DX09, it looks like it's a nightmare to get sitting correctly so I'd probably end up replacing it.

They dig that kind of thing a lot in China, too. My best friend's parents are from Chinese and he goes there on a pretty regular basis.

I count 15 different Stormtrooper variants HT have released or are scheduled to release next year. 15!!!

It looks great, but the cape ruins the entire figure.. I don't remember the movie that well to tell if it's accurate, but it will be probably better with a replacement..

really?because the cape doesnt look a certain way(probably needs a little futzing)that means it ruins the entire figure?.A bit harsh much?.overall yeah great looking figure but cmon man to you the cape ruins the figure lol.Thats why you got someone like Tony mei that makes some great custom capes.And to be honest the cape on this BR looks way more premium and not some cheap shiny faux leather like the first batman.

I need to scroll back a few of these pages and see some of these random forum members that put this figure on blast and says "they not getting it".then later on post pics that they got it and love it.

yeah the whole star wars stormtrooper hot toys variant list is ridiculous at this point. Who needs 15 different versions of a stormtrooper?. If i was into star wars and im not i would want just the classic white stormtrooper.

I agree for the price we pay we shouldn't have to buy another cape.its just an alternative if the person is not happy with a cape.
