They didn't change the the keaton headsculpt.This is not that JC Hong version.Such a shame.Anyway I can't wait the single version.

So i cancelled my double and I'm just going to order the single with a coupon and buy the headsculpt later on. It's just not worth it for both figures, not to mention I don't have the space to display both figures anyway.

Original release date here in Japan was November 30th. But that has now changed to December 31st. In Japan, we are usually 4-6 weeks behind HK.
Shame they didn't change the Keaton headsculpt. However, I will love it anyway since its a Hot Toys official Keaton sculpt

Have to say my first impression was that looks like the same crappy proto headsculpt. However, doesn't necessarily mean all hope is lost, maybe they just didn't have a final figure sample for this photo.

The box caught my eye. Got me thinking of the third theatrical poster, the character "the bat, the cat & the penguin" one. Wishful thinking, but wouldn't that be cool if Hot Toys took the other two into consideration for the boxes so when all three art boxes are lined up, something similar is achieved?

If you look at the picture on the box, it does look to be the same sculpt. No deal.

The box art can also be the same sculpt as the promo pics, same as the sculpt in that photo
I think we will be seeing a better sculpt when the blogger pics come out, but I'm more interested in seeing an improved CAPE
I just can't stand how bulky these look and it's kind of ridiculous to have to pay for a custom cape when you're already paying so much for the figure itself, it should really come with no upgrades necessary

It's just up to personal preference. I have no problems with the cape that came with the DX09 Batman. I know a few people purchased a lighter cape without wires but that's their own choice.
I really don't consider that as an upgrade since the custom capes are posable.

You DON'T have to pay $70 for an overpriced piece of fabric. It's your choice to throw money away like that.

Stock cape is fine.

Yeah exactly, the Han Solo figure still uses the proto head sculpt which is very different than the production. Still hope!
