It's sounding like a lot of his awesome backstory isn't really mentioned in the film so if you are even remotely a fan I would check out his pages in the Visual Dictionary after you see the movie. I'm wondering if some of the specific things that were thought to be shown in the movie got cut from the final edit.

Ordered one for 265 from a Hong Kong Seller. It was still on pre-order. I didn't want to order from sideshow because my wife would have killed me. I can kind of hide it with an eBay purchase. I hope it ships soon. I have tickets for Thursday at 10. I can't wait.

It'll sell out, as will Vader. But probably not for at least a few more months.

I can see him selling out by the end of December. All the TFA figures should get a pretty healthy boost over the next couple weeks.

No HS w/ this fig, seems pretty sparse in terms of accessories; on the other hand Vader's price is pretty hefty. =/

I've noticed that on the right side of the figure's preorder page from Sideshow, a shipping cost is now displayed, whereas previously it simply stated "quote not available." Could this be an indication that the item will be in stock rather soon?

I've been out of the loop for a long while, not completely new to Hot Toys figures, I have a couple Predators, but it's been years since I've considered buying anything new. These Force Awakens figures are really catching my interest.

I'm getting Kylo now and waiting on an ESB or ROTJ Vader. I can't wait to see how good the reveal sculpt will be and which accessories come with it. But yeah from the in hand pics of Kylo and the movie hype, I couldn't pass up the chance.

He's gonna be around for awhile. In fact I bet all the TFA figures will. This is gonna be a huge $$$$$ maker for Hot Toys. Remember they can make 50,000 of these if they want to. No way these will sell out before the movie is released worldwide. Not gonna lose out on money from people who haven't seen it yet and get bit by the Star Wars bug!! Star Wars is a phenomena and an experience for people. Not just any other movie. I have a friend in the Theater business who saw it last night and was as skeptical as I was, yet he enjoyed it for the most part... Also as far as people who don't like how big Kylo Ren's saber is, remember the creator/user can adjust the height of the blade to make it varying lengths. They're not all the same by design. Not saying I'm ok with it, just they don't need to be all the same length, as long as it's movie accurate.
