Hot Toys MMS 692 + 693 BATMAN (1989) 1/6 scale Batman 2.0

Came in today from Sideshow. Happy to have a 89 Batman on the shelf. The texture doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would in person, especially when on display.

I have Jaxon's mouth plate and cape on order to help remedy the other shortcomings on the figure but the bloody mouth plate is quite nice. I see the most Keaton in that one. The buck tooth one is never leaving the box. Really like the diorama base as well, even without the gargoyle. Going to have to repurpose that part somehow when I get to build Joker with jagzz's outfit and hopefully Finwee's sculpt.

I felt the same way. He looks great on the shelf. The stock cape is very nice if you like wires. But I did the same and ordered a Jaxon cape, I also ordered Tony Mei’s new cape. I prefer a drape look! Such a sweet dio too

Just got mine. The shiny and texture are definitely not bad in person. The cape is also very nice. Even the neutral plate is better than I though(though not as good as the DX09). I also ordered a Jaxon cape and a face plate but I kinda regret the Jaxon plate now that I have the figure in hand the stock plate wouldve been good enough. Oh well.

Finally got mine after mine got lost in the mail got refunded and then I had to hunt one down, it's not that bad in hand I ordered a drape Cape just cuz I like the way it looks with the drape cape on besides that I'm good I don't need to order another mouthpiece to bloody one is good enough for me, now I just got to wait for the other two the Batman Returns and the modern suit from The Flash one. Then I'll have my three awesome Batmen. I just threw him up quick next to the Joker I got to play with my figures to readjust everything but lighting is everything I took three different pictures with all different lighting that's why you could never tell how something is until you get it in hand.
