The figure's sculpt does look unchanged - but, is it only because the figure is far away from the camera? I would LOVE to see some close up pics of the sculpt

Apparently the newsletter indicated further work being done, no specifics.
Often HT doesn't provide updated images of pieces. Two-Face wasn't sculpturally changed, but his paint apps were for the final product and we had no idea until it shipped.

I would really prefer this version of the T-600 more than the version now. This one looks cold and scary, if not meaner. I'm guessing hot toys will eventually make him and a 2 versions of marcus after the film release just so they can get accurate details. If they made marcus, I'd prefer his human look with coat over his endoskeleton. His endoskeleton looks interesting though.

The T-600 would be a perfect compliment to the Connor figure! And that one looks bad-ass.

Sorry, the notion of HT delaying a figure to get it right is just too ammusing. I'm sure all the Terminator stuff is well underway unless some things are being kept super secret even from them like Two-Face from Dark Knight.

I never mentioned anything about delaying a figure. All I said is that there's a possibility of making a 2nd version of the t-600 and 2 versions of marcus. I just said they probably didnt make one yet because their still waiting for the movie to come out so they can get accurate details in order to avoid the mistake they did with the 1st version joker they made.

That's why I'm laughing, they don't give a ^^^^, they'll release whatever now and then do a second later when they have all their facts. It happened with Wolf Predator, they made the first with only the gear prominent in trailers and early photos, but that wasn't everything, so they put out a second figure afterward with the missing gear.
Hot Toys loves putting stuff out right at the time of film release, so unless there's an absolute cutoff from enough reference material to make a figure, anything they want to do they will and just put out a better or fuller or duplicate figure with missing accessories later on.
And I'm not laughing at you, just so jaded by Hot Toys practices lately that I just find humor in the very notion that they give a damn how accurrate things are up front, until they actually put out a piece that shows they waited until after seeing the movie or whatever to know all the relevant details, etc. about a character and deliver a figure that lives up to it all the first time around, I have no trust in their care for the quality of the figure package.
