That's too damn much for this figure. Anybody who pays that is a fool.

Well not everyone! Here in Australia there is virtually nowhere to buy HT, so we have to either buy from US or eBay. US prices aren't too bad, but the shipping is high. Ebay (particularly Studio Sunny) have high prices but their shipping is usually a little bit less than from the US. So we can either pay like $10 more and get them when they come out, or save $10 and wait another month. I know which I'd choose.......So not everyone who buys these from eBay for a higher price is a 'fool'. Just 'coz you have to wait!
