That version really didn't cross my mind at all, the white Geonosis outfit was pretty much the first one that came to my mind and I think (and hope) is the one Hot Toys is going for.

It would make sense if this one is also released at some point since it's the more iconic look for her, maybe like an exclusive of some kind:

But I would also like this one, as "disney princess-sy" as it is (HT did release Belle from Beauty and the Beast after all):

And this one, though it's a lot less likely than the other two:

Anyways, there are just way too many versions of Padme for Hot Toys to just make one. And I imagine she would sell well whether it is because it's Star Wars, a main character or, let's be honest, Natalie Portman.

To me, this remains Padme's signature iconic look. The young Queen.

It's not sexed-up, its not terrestrial as the other outfits. It's actually something that seems familiar yet still from a galaxy far, far away.

The crop-top and yoga pants from AOTC is just... well, 'boys' want it to go with their 'Slave' Leias.

My nightmare is that regal outfit is the only Padme that HT makes, it won't be posable and I always thought it was kind of ridiculous lol. I never thought the white outfit was even comparable to Slave Leia, when undamaged it looks like a cool action-hero outfit, and when damaged it's no worse than fitness clothes lol

Really? I thought the correlation was universally accepted. She even goes so far as to use her chain against her alien opponent while wearing that outfit.

Tell the truth, your wife was looking over your shoulder at the screen as you typed that. I do agree that the Theed invasion is the coolest and most "Star Wars-y" outfit of Padme's but I admit that a Premium Format Arena Padme would be pretty darn tempting.

I actually prefer it not damaged, but I don't see why it's any different from Black Widow's outfit, only in white lol. You don't think it'd look cool posed next to Anakin, pretending they're gonna fight something? Maybe I'm stuck too much making adventures in my mind with these things I just like my characters in pants more than dresses like the Jyn figure lol

Honestly though, I never understood the appeal of the "arena outfit" beyond Natalie Portman showing a little 16-year-old skin. The outfit seemed strangely out of place from her usual wardrobe. Totally a titillating decision by Lucas for toys.

I actually prefer it not damaged, but I don't see why it's any different from Black Widow's outfit, only in white lol. You don't think it'd look cool posed next to Anakin, pretending they're gonna fight something? Maybe I'm stuck too much making adventures in my mind with these things I just like my characters in pants more than dresses like the Jyn figure lol

Sort of answered above, but I think the last outfit she wore in TPM for the climax battle was a good 'action outfit'. Still had that Flash Gordon retro Sci-Fi flare without seeming too today-trendy like those white tight PJs.

I think there's a good chance I'll get the Queen outfit first because HT is notorious for saving "the best for last" and clearly everyone wants the arena white-PJs so HT will make you all wait.

Actually I specifically remember her saying on the AOTC DVD special features that she she assumed that George used the fact that she turned 18 to have her show a little more skin, lol. She was laughing as she said it too, can you *imagine* any actress under Kennedy's regime making such a comment?

The outfit seemed strangely out of place from her usual wardrobe.

Maybe not a traditional outfit that we were accustomed to seeing on her but I still loved the "Wilma from Buck Rogers" vibe it had.

Totally a titillating decision by Lucas for toys.

It was *so* contrived how the creature made one wild swipe with it's claw and instantly gave her a specific 2002-era midriff baring look. It even somehow perfectly removed a sleeve with the same gesture, lol.

Oh yeah, that outfit from TPM would be really cool! It's my second choice if we can't get the white one, and it'd go well with Jyn lol. I actually do hope they make the Queen outfit and I'd definitely buy it since it's so unique, like you say I wouldn't be a bit surprised if HT made us wait for any other versions.

The arena outfit always reminded me of Wilma Deering. I figured it was just an homage to Buck Rogers.

And the “battle damaged” version was an homage to hormones.

Yes, the arena outfit always reminded me of Leia's white outfits from the first two films. And since that's Leia's mom, it always made sense.

Ok heres the scoop....

We will not get a Arena Padme....HT won’t do a stomach exposure figure, simply because its too difficult, expensive and out of their wheelhouse.

A Pre Arena look is my bet, I mean most collectors would be howling about it without the stomach skin, but its pretty good look....

HOWEVER.....

I still believe they will go for a look that hides the joints , shoulder and stomach looks Padme is known for...

I think the most likely candidate is Throne Room ......

After that, possible it would be ......because it would be posable with Anakin.
