Love the lighting you have set up. It really captures a cool mood. One thing id say about your pose however is its a little awkward. Id turn those biceps inward towards him and then youre in good shape. They dont look natural facing straight up when he has his hands up. Bring your own arms up in front of you and see how they naturally look and how your biceps, forearms, and wrists turn to lineup. Then apply it to the fig. I like your idea though with the mood.

The figure has ltd articulation the biceps do not turn in that respect. It may look akward to you it looks fine to me, I do however look forward to seeing what you come up with when you get yours, I'm always looking for inspiration.

Oh that kinda sucks. Does it not go that way at all or it'll scrape against other parts of the figure?

It should be exactly the same as the mk3, which has plenty of arm/shoulder articulation. I know for a fact it's on a ball joint that can be pulled out, said joint then can be moved up and down. The shoulder armor is also on a ball joint that can be moved up and down and pivots.

There are tons of pictures out already that show that this figure has bicep swivel -- just like every single HT armor ever made.
