No. This is a bootleg of the helmet used on the golden age cap. That's why I posted it in this thread, lol. This is the HT helmet from the Golden Age helmeted sculpt.
It has ear covers.

It wouldn't need to be. It would be the headsculpt you would have to mod. It would be a tricky job.
But the two pack helmeted headsculpt will be available as a bootleg too. And it would be easier to add earmuffs to that than to fit a headsculpt in this one.
