I wonder if they add the buckle in the back of his vest? If i get this, i'm buying a version 1 purple coat and the original shoes, the ones here look dirty, but it's no problem

The coat is supposed to look dirty. If you watch TDK carefully, there's an almost dusty looking fade to the edges of Joker's coat, which at least this proto has, we'll see how well it comes through in production. At the least, it's more accurrate cloth.

The proto pic show only the make-up head move the eyes then I think only this head can do. The look of hair root at forehead make me think it's two parts, hair and head sculpt. We remove the hair and adjust the eye.

Definitely only the makeup head has movable eyes, the cop shots would show different positions and have the eye technology text on the photos.

As far as how they eyes move, the hair is not an indicator. All HT Jokers mix attached and sculpted hair to have free flowing strands at the front of his face while the back and right side are permanently sculpted.

I wonder how they'll move the eye system too, any takers of how they'll do it, without removable hair? Somewhere in the back below the neck perhaps, a special body?
I still prefer the BR head somehow but dang this one is incredible, cant wait to see some repaints, you could pull off literally ANY scene, with those eyes and makeup adjustments
The coat looks perfect btw, its meant to have that dusty look to the suede
EDIT-nah i just cant say that, this blows BR out of the water

That'd be my guess. I like that they're synced so you don't have to fight to get them both looking properly in the same direction.

I'm glad it's Hot Toys doing it though, I might be scared of getting figures with permanent cross eyes or something from other makers lol.

I am troubled though - what scenes will I go for using my eventually-to-be 2 purple suit Jokers?

The choices are - mob scene using the coat and headsculpt from the DX figure.

Playing chicken with the Batpod scene using BRJ headsculpt

and the interrogation scene using BRJ headsculpt and no coat.

So if I want to go with the latter I have to sacrifice one of the other scenes in which he wears full purple outfit. Or I could go with one fully geared up joker - grenade lined coat plus the machine gun from BRJ.

Well i'm just gonna assume the Joker is a T-800 so i'll just bulid up an army of Jokers surrounding Bats.

the eyes appear a bit too blueyish greenish ive noticed aswell, cop joker particularly, might just be my monitor though. hollow iris sounds terrible, wouldnt that be too noticeable?

With this, I'll make my v1 become a dedicated show off body for my FML head and use this new one with a spare TT as my HT purple suit Joker. Now I'm glad I never repainted the eyes on the BR head, cool to have that as is and now I get a more to my taste head with poseable eyes.

1) That and a yet to be seen LED lit base will all be in one packaged.
2) The Joker makeup portrait has movable eyes, the cop head is painted.
