Might be true but I wouldn't go by the interrogation scene, belts are something cops take away because they can be used to hang yourself with, he doesn't have his chain in that scene either, and you kind have to be sharp eyed to even spot the suspsenders so when they trimmed down his costume they probably just overlooked that.

I think there needs to be a rule that any picture that is photoshoped or is of a repaint or custom needs to have some kind note on it so we all know it.

I think it might just need some adjusting because here's a shot of the vest from EBay and it looks fine to me.

Still looks off to me. Look where the button would actually have to be on the vest if that is 'lining up'.

Have to say again, the coat colour appears to be very disappointing.
