It says $159.99 but when you add it to the cart and check out there's an additional 20% ($32.00) off.

Wow...that's a great deal. Been holding out for lower prices, but couldn't resist on this. It says the discount is because of Cyber Monday...so I've ordered!

Using my trusty credit card just in case they don't deliver the goods, but they seem like a legit site.

I'm getting the DX01 as a christmas present and if I go asking for a sneak peak I might get a yelling , so maybe this is something not to get worried for.

I can't see anything to get worried about. The head is held in foam either side and behind. Then the top cardboard layer with the cards that has foam below it again sits above the figures. Even if the heads move in the box, it's going to bounce off the foam and even yet there is very little movement where the heads sit in that foam. It's hardly going to move plus the foam isn't abrasive.

Yeah, my concern was that there is somekind of factory defect issue with the nose.
Like Dutch having two right arms or something like that... Hot Toys has had a few issues like this recently (or at least I have started hearing of them).

Yeah, and he's in California like yo, which will make shipping cheap since he charges exact shipping. Or if you are in the L.A. area, you could just go and pick it up at his booth at Frank & Son's collectibles show, inspect it in person and save on shipping.
